Bit of a battle for the last 2 spots in Group E between Pankaj Advani, Steve Davis and Andrew Higginson. Whoever loses Advani/Davis match is left hoping Higginson can't beat group whipping boy Ben Nunan.

Jimmy White in danger of giving Ben Judge his first win as a Pro, White then in danger of going out if Passakorn Suwannawat and Saleh Mohammad both win their matches against Stephen Lee and Stuart Bingham, or Suwannawat wins and Mohammad loses 4-5.

Martin Gould's 5 - 0 reverse to Graeme Dott has left him vulnerable, but only if Panompai Powises can rustle up a 5-0 or 5-1 win over Zhang Anda

if Panompai Powises Beats Zhang Anda 5-0 or 5-1 then Martin Gould is out and Jimmy Whites fate in the hands of others but unlikely he wont make it if Saleh Mohammad Beats Bingham Convincingly and Passakorn Suwannawat Beats Lee Convincingly Jimmy could be out

Why am I having so much trouble finding out how this works? Is the last 32 best of 9 frames as well? Do they re-draw opponents after the last 16 are determined or does winner of Selby/Doherty play winner of Dott/Saengkham etc?

Ricky Walden going well here again and if he wins that's about £120,000 in 2 weeks and its not even Mid July ok compared to other Sports Snooker not that wealthy however if you put your bottom in gear there's great money to be won.
