yeah indeed... really thought Shaun was going to do it there... a shame really that he snookered himself behind red
Anyway, off to the real match as you say
Who do you reckon will reach 3 frames first? My money's on Trump

Think Trump as well. Hope he does as I despise Allen.

the difference between Allen v Trump and Ding v Robbo next week is Robbo has to win 4 frames a 3-3 draw wont be enough for him unlike tonight.

And Judd gets to three first. Looks like he'll be going to finals weekend.

Could they think of a better way to decide it than first to 3?
What was the result between Lee and Trump?

Wouldn't work as all of Lee's matches were voided and Mark never got to play Lee as the match was cancelled.

If Allen does level 3-3 it will be a hard one to take as he will have the exact same record as Trump.

Well Judd's gone 4-1 so it won't matter now.

So for finals weekend, if John Higgins gets at least a draw against Ebdon next week he'll face the winner of Ding vs Robbo, while Judd gets Bingo. If Higgins loses to Ebdon it's the other way around.

And Robbo I think definately has to win his match against Ding... a draw won't be sufficient

Seem to have swapped the order. Maybe saving the Ding v Robbo until last as the result actually affects who qualifies?

2 frames each in Higgins v Ebdon... good standard... 2 consecutive tons from Higgins, a 75 from Ebdon to level at 2 all

3-2 Ebdon. If Higgins wins the next he faces the winner of Ding v Robbo. If Ebdon wins it, Higgins faces Bingo.

Ebdon wins 4-2.
Higgins vs Bingo & Judd vs Ding/Robbo for the semis then.

Good steal by Robbo to take the first frame. He needs all the frames he can get to advance.
