What a great day for snooker! Big wins for Lisowski and McLeod!
Must admit I didn't catch any of Day 1 and only the Trump/Lisowski game today but tomorrow looks good with a poorly out of form MJW against Lu Haotian and Selby/King could also be decent.

Just back to see the scores. How did Higgins lose then? Last I saw him he was playing reasonably well and 3-1 up.
Also see Stevens and Judd were some other seeds to fall. Judd I could see as Jack doesn't fear him. Could this be Jack's week? Apparently he played really well and it would be fitting as this was Judd's breakthrough tournament two years ago.

Skullman he was superb, shades of Trump in this event two years ago but let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet.

Hi everyone, hope you're all well.
Well what a day that was in Beijing! Trump, Higgins and Stevens all knocked out and a stunning performance from rising star Jack Lisowski to beat the world number one.
Below is my report of the day's action on The Old Green Baize website - please feel free to take a look.
http://theoldgreenbaize.com/2013/03/26/ ... -2-report/Enjoy Day 3, hopefully much more drama is still to come.
All the best,
Nigel

It could have gone 3-1 really. Lyu was first in, but just went for one too many.

He would only be a 'fav' against the Aussie choker Robbo.
