So, now the tournament is over, what did people make of the television coverage then?
I thought Jill Douglas did okay, being that she isn't a snooker expert. Her job was to present and to keep the conversation flowing, which I feel she did well. It was good to hear Clive Everton again, and Neal Foulds. I didn't hear any of Peter Drury earlier in the week, but I understand he's a hammer.
What did other people think? Personally, I'd love for ITV4 to pick up more tournaments.

Yeah, that was pretty bad. But, for a non-snooker expert, I think Jill got stronger during the week and Drury was only there for a few days.
All in all a fair effort for the first tournament they've had in years.

I appreciated the coverage. Clive Everton and Neal Foulds were very refreshing.
I hope that ITV4 does more snooker in future.
There seemed to be plenty of people tweeting into them, so I hope that they realised there is interest in this.

I heard the viewing figures were good as well.
Might be a bit optimistic to think they'll pick up the China Open at this short notice, but a couple of tournaments next season would be good.
Unlike Eurosport they even manage to show the full final and everything.

It was a good enough start. Room for improvement so I hope further coverage is planned.

ITV were so tight they made Everton and Foulds commentate from a bunkerin London instead of paying their airfare to China.
