Allen is the only snooker player I would love to punch. Probably would have worked in KFC if he wasnt a snooker player. Plus, he has a face that only a mother could love. He was born for slapping and I really hope Higgins will give him a slapping tomorrow...

Weren't there whispers that John Higgins was finished? A whitewash over Bingham than over Ding is impressive stuff.
Not seen him play yet this tournament. Is he as impressive as the scores suggest?

It must be said, the Judd Trump vs Matthew Stevens match was a bit of a shambles. Flies everywhere, a douchey cameraman who got thrown out, Judd's tip was out of shape, the lights breaking and looking like disco lights.
It's been an odd tournament like that, what with all the cues going missing.

I intended to watch this in my bedroom, so I could post as stuff was happening. But ITV4 has always been a bit of a bogey channel on my freeview telly. It keeps getting scrambled like a porn channel I haven't paid for. Might have to move into the living room.
