Had some unexpected visitors. When the snooker was on
Anyway, see that Higgins and MJW got through fairly comfortably, no idea of the performances though.

Only half watching, just watched an episode of Red Dwarf in bed. Hangover.
I see Selby is kicking Steve Davis' backside.

It's a joke that at a full ranker they have best of seven matches.

Selby in really good form. Just hope he's not going back to old habits, playing well early and then going out in the quarters/semis.

Stevens 3-0 up against Burden. He won't bottle this, will he?

Yeah that was just unbelievable that it went in..
Anyway, Selby played great, had that 144 total clearance, and looks in good form, no surprise.
Stevens 3 nil ahead of Burden. Can't see him bottling this now, but with Matthew you never know

Gah! He bottled the bottling … couldn't do it in front of his home crowd.

He missed a couple of shots but Selby was in top form today. Had 98-99% pot success and punished every tiny error Davis made.

He did yeah, up until the 4th frame Davis had hardly made a mistake, but in that 4th he could definately have won it, but Selby was far superior as skull said, the highlight of course being that superb 144 total clearance break.
Now we have Trump v Dunn... it should be a walkover to Judd on paper at least, BUT given Judd's recent form I wouldn't be that surprised if Dunn could cause an early upset, just like Joyce did in the UK Champs.
And then on the other table it's two welsh players, Dale and Wells.

Apparently Judd hasn't had a good start to the season. Guess the International and Shanghai don't count then

32 is Dunn's highest ranking, not his current one.
