I've got it on the stream, and didn't see anything, so that's why I asked.

Disappointed with Woollaston was hoping he could keep it close.
But this decider should be a cracker, Poomjaeng is mental.

Wonderful stuff from Poomjaeng. He completely deserved it.
Sets up an interesting clash with White.

POOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
That was simply amazing from him... I thought he would feel the pressure in the decider and Mags would come through in the end, but he DIDN'T
Wonderful break in the final frame, truly truly deserves the win.
One of the biggest shocks at the Crucible first round I've no doubt. I don't think anyone (apart from Witz maybe) thought he could win that match, but he DID.
Very happy for him.

Good point, looking forward to it, wondering how White will cope with Poomjaeng's style of play ...

It too has all the makings to go close.
I honestly don't know who's gonna win that one. First thought would be White, but so we thought Mags would beat him and look at what happened.

Looks like we are down to only 5 major contenders: Robertson, Selby, O'Sullivan, Trump and Ding
Mags? As much a contender as Allen.
Maguire? no he missed the boat he will never win a world title now
This match only confirms my statement. Maguire should have beaten Higgins in that 2007 semi final. That was his chance.

No guarantee he would've beat Selby. If I had to pick Mags or Higgins as an opponent in a World final, I'd pick Mags every time and so would most others. Anyway that's years ago now.

By the way I couldn't watch the final session between Carter and Woollaston. Was Ali playing well?

Maguire was superb that season. Much better than nowadays. I think he would have beaten Selby that year.
