Yes not that interesting in most games, though some are more than others, namely:
Carter v Woolaston
Stevens v Fu
Robbo v Milkins
Williams v White (all welsh clash)
And the tie of the round for me is definately Gouldy v Murphy.

Decent 1st round draw for JL, in the Q of death though. Also a good first round draw for Allen! Ronnie v Carter is a cert now.

What do you make of Gould v Murphy? I think Shaun could be in danger.

Reasonable draw in my opinion.
Some not so good matches, but there could be some close crackers.
Carter v Woollaston, Higgins v Davis, Murphy v Gould, Stevens v Fu and Williams v White are the picks for me.

Shaun had a decent season and is obviously favourite but Martin is a very dangerous player especially in the first round because the pressure is on the seeded player. I wouldn't expect a upset though because I don't think Murphy will lose in the first round two years in a row.
But lets put it this way: I wouldn't have wanted Ronnie to draw Gould.

Hmm I dunno, I can think of 5 or 6 that would have been much tougher for Graeme than Ebdon.
Although you know he'll be up for it I nevertheless think it's a reasonable draw but wasn't what I wanted as I tend to fall asleep when Ebdon is on. Have not spoken to Graeme yet for his reaction but I doubt he'll be that bothered.

Absolutely. Martin is definately the most dangerous one of the qualifiers.
Ronnie against Campbell isn't bad.. can't see Marcus beating Ronnie, but may be closer than some may think at first sight.

So I have tickets for Higgins v Davis and Robertson v Milkins.
Turned out pretty decent for me, thank god they didn't draw Ebdon, King or McManus.

after a year out playing marcus wont be ideal for Ronnie but it will be a good indication of how focused and ready for a fight he is.
