It'll help him build up match sharpness.
Give him a confidence boost before the big one.
Unless he tanks it.

I love this tournament! Casual snooker =
And look, GJ, he would only be practising casually anyway, so he may aswell be having the best practice possible (match practice) Ready ahead of the Masters. All it can do is build match sharpness and confidence. Stop moaning guys!

Might not be the fan's dream this event but it's certainly an earner for the players. Top boys winning 20-25k for a few days match practice. Lovely bunce.
Not sure how BH puts up this sort of money for such an event in a private golf club. If I were a snooker player I'd have me head down and grabbing at all the notes falling from BH's offerings.

All that stuff on twitter about Selby saying stuff in the Sun about MJW and Ronnie - didn't even realise they'd just played each other and Selby won

And speaking of Selby, he's obviously doing the right thing and winning money games then losing the semi/final so he can have another bash. He's in the PL next time around anyway with his Shanghai win.
