Did the Chinese misunderstand something or why didn't they enter any of their U21 players in the U18? With many Europeans like Andres Petrov, Rodion Judin and the Polish not in the U21 it looks like the best players are missing from both tournaments.

Page got the 3 snookers he needed in the decider but Nardeia potted the blue and pink for the win. So Page out without even getting to play the best Asians. Bottom half was full of Asians though, and the Chinese beat the Hong Kong players in the quarters so a Chinese player guaranteed in the final.

Guess they didn't take the U18 too seriously and wanted more players to gain experience. But it worked out for them, they have a player in the final.
