"Pontins are pleased to announce that the 2012 Lt. Col Walter Rowley OBE Junior Star of the Future will be staged at Pontins Prestatyn Sands from 10th to 17th February 2012.
The World’s most prestigious JUNIOR snooker competition will take place at what is recognised as the best multi-table snooker venue in the world. Budding snooker stars are invited to play at the venue which has played host to almost every player who has graced the green beige and our television screens over the last forty years, from Ray Reardon, John Spencer, Terry Griffiths, Steve Davis, Alex Higgins, Jimmy White, Stephen Hendry, Ronnie O’Sullivan and many more. The snooker careers of almost every player who has become internationally known took off at Pontins Prestatyn Sands.
