It wasn't clear to me wild. Why should people work overtime? Something that BTW WSA staff already do.
Everyone is complaining about people being unemployed and costing to the government and the society. Well forcing people who are employed to work overtime for free, while others can't get a job is not going to solve the problem, is it? Encourage employers to hire enough people to do the work properly should be the way to go. With fiscal incentives if needed.
