Even if Ronnie hangs on to top 16 hes screwed in the next window
only 2 x 5,000 point events (Germany and Wales) before the WC cut off
hes starting the next cut off in 18th
hes already gonna be 1,000+ points and counting off 16th
even reaching the quarters in both of these rankers will only give him an extra 3,600 points which prob wont even be enough to spare him having to play qualifiers for the China Open, World Open and WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP
SO YOU HEARD IT FIRST HERE, RONNIE IS DEFINETLY GOING TO HAVE TO QUALIFY FOR THE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS
If he manages to stay in the top 16 now he won't have to qualify for the China Open and the Hainan Classic because they belong to this cut-off as well.
And, yes, he will be up against it for the WC because he made the semis in the Welsh 2 years ago.
People at the time were saying that he had a bad season because he only won one ranker, but actually he had a very strong season up to the Welsh Open and the amount of points he has to defend is evidence of that. Actually that season only Ding and Higgins got more and only just.

earlier he said the PTCs were all about the young talent and stuff the old legends so will he stick to his word or will his selective memory / early senile dementia conveniently kick in again? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

after 4 chances hendry scores just 49 unheard of in the past Hendry needing 4 chances
ben had a chance scored 8 points and hendry back in with chance no 5 and takes the frame

How do you know it's a "chance"? Potting balls does not equal a good chance to win frame.

he still can play
Hendry did look acceptable vs mags in the UK and he played well in PTC 10 Losing 4-3 to higgins so its not as if hes playing rubbish you just have to play great stuff to beat him.
