Yes I never was a fan but there will be something missing in the future. Most players don't retire after reaching a Crucible quarter final but that's probably better than retiring after losing to a qualifier like John Parott for example.

No I mean thinking Hendry retired because of him, although Hendry did say that it was planned for a three months.
