Anyway Higginson gets to 9-6.
Dont understand how you reach that conclusion pal,Explain?
Lots of pots are hitting the jaws or wobbling several times, yet they still go in.
And you should have seen the 2009 Champs... pockets seemed like a volcano crater in that year

Hawkins is capitalising on his mistakes and making essential 60 breaks.

Almost a 3rd century for Stevens in this evening,,
And Matthew is ahead of hawkins in almost all departments of the game, yet he is still 1 frame behind.. just goes to show that sometimes statistics don't mean much when analysing a match

Who is favourite in this match if it would go into a decider?
Both players not the best under pressure ...

Higginson essentially in the same position that he was in the Welsh Open final going into the last session.

From Ronnie yes, but Higginson will still battle I reckon and Won't give in that easily..
But the 1 p.m session tomorrow will be very interesting...
Hawkins and Stevens if they continue like this should go down to a decider, whereas Trump and Ali, I think it all dpends if carter can remain in touch with Judd... if trump starts winning the first few frames, then I see no way back for Ali there

Stevens - Hawkins would have been a great evening session. This match could go all the way with unexpected misses and chokes and these dramatic matches are a lot better in the evening.

Don't know honestly... We all know Stevens often tends to BLOB it when under extreme pressure... but so can Hawkins, so not sure... if it goes to 12 all, I will favour Hawkins, but it all depends on how they reach that decider

A decider would be very interesting no doubt.

Just out of interest, anyone know why the sessions only start at 1 p.m tomorrow? Recovering tables again like Thursday?

Hawkins has lost three Crucible deciders already but has won one
2007 O'Brien 10-9 Hawkins
2008 Carter 10-9 Hawkins
2011 Hawkins 10-9 Maguire
2011 Allen 13-12 Hawkins
Stevens has exactly the same record in deciders winning one, losing three
2002 Ebdon 17-16 Stevens
2004 Stevens 13-12 Hunter
2007 Murphy 13-12 Stevens
2011 Allen 10-9 Stevens
