Dominic must be kicking himself he needed to be at least 6-3 up and ready to fight a comeback. Judd's health will improve before the next session so I dont fancy Dom's chances now at all.

yeah, now that doms 5-4 down, judds likely to pull away in the next especially if he's feeling better. shades of the wonderbairn in 94 with his injury that he sustained
