Some dreadful snooker played in the Maguire-Brecel game this morning. Stephen just thrown his toys out the pram, spraying the reds everywhere.

Luca was slightly out of his depth But its all experiance and the Current and 4 times World Champion John Higgins debut was a 10-3 defeat to Mcmanus so he just has to learn from it and come Back Better.

This is awful from Fu. 4-0 down and looks like he could lose 10-0.

Brecel is playing shots like he is down the local club in the weekly handicap.
He has given this match to Maguire.

Stevens has played reasonably, but nothing great. The other 3 players have been amateurish.

Snooker is a funny game.
The most anticipated as a potential decider game of the 1st round looks like a massacre for Fu.
6-0 at the moment. However, with Stevens, you are never sure....

If Stevens chokes here and loses he should retire. 10-0 looking quite likely.

7-0 on the way...
Maybe Mark Allen calling Fu a parakeet has affected him this morning?
