World Billiards Championship

The WPBSA event is ongoing at the Northern Snooker Centre in Leeds. This one has no Pankaj Advani but over 40 players. Short format was won by David Causier, his 3rd title in a row. Long format is down to the quarters.

Had a look but whilst I am sure it is very skillful, I need to research the rules of billiards as I don't really understand it.

Causier wins the long format too
Next up is the IBSF World Billiards in Qatar in a week. Only 21 players signed up for that but has more countries and Pankaj Advani. Peter Gilchrist and Mike Russel will also play there but no Causier unfortunately.

Only 19 players in the end, seems like 2 less Qatar players, Ahmed Saif was also entered originally.
Advani, Gilchrist, Russell all through to the 150 up semis played today, final tomorrow.
