World Team Billiards Championship, Glasgow 11 - 14 August

The WPBSA and IBSF continue their joint work by adding a World Team Billiards Championship to the international cuesports calendar. The event has been intentionally timed to coincide with the Commonwealth Games.

The World Team Billiards Championship will take place at The Ball Room Sports Bar, Glasgow from 11th - 14th August. National Governing Bodies are invited to enter two teams of three players, entry fee £30 per team, entries by 20th July. There will also be a World Billiards individual event at the venue on 9th and 10th August, entry £20 per player via the World Billiards website.

There are 10 tables in two rooms. Araminth balls will be used. The previous canopy lights at the venue are being replaced with modern strips. Dress code will be polo shirts in national colours.
