People will probably say Steve Davis & Jimmy White, however Mark Selby, Tony Drago and Quinten Hann actually won trophies in pool. I'm not counting bottom ranked players who took up the sport to to have a better chance of winning something.

slightly off topic but is chinese 8 ball still a thing? A few snooker players did that for like one year.

Tony Drago. He was MVP in Mosconi Cup winning teams. Also won the World Pool Masters which is a far more prestigious event than the one Selby won.

Yes, he has played at the highest level in both disciplines, including two appearances at the Crucible. He quit snooker in 2014, went back to Liaoning to get married, and played Chinese 8-ball Pool with some success. A couple of years ago he was considering a comeback in snooker. He played in the Chinese nationals, got a 135 break, but lost to Zhou Yuelong.
