Bye bye, Ronnie.
It´s not over yet u know... though you´re probably right.. Ronnie might win 1 or 2 frames, but that is it I think.....
He did have a chance in that 4th frame, his head was gone when he hammered that blue to the middle....

http://prosnookerblog.com/rankings/late ... -seedings/if he loses today.
had a look at the Provisional Rankings and Ronnie Needs to atleast Reach the Final in Wales to Stand a chance of beeing seeded at the Crucible other Results Pending...
He Needs to Win The Welsh to be Guaranteed..
next 5 frames important for Ronnie and even more important to the top 16 players knowing they could get drawn Ronnie in a Crucible Last 32.

his top 16 place will be lost in the near future, it's a question of when rather than if so the semantics are meaningless. To be honest i'd rather see him call it a day and catch him at exhibitions rather than see him turn up at events with no fight or spirit. the game has some great players slugging it out near the top and it's a great shame he can't seem to put the effort in in order to be a part of it.
maybe he and Ali Carter can ride of into the sunset after Sheffield.

Cant even see him qualifying at this rate.
The end is nigh, no point playing on.
Skip rest of season before WC qualifiers then go out with a bang 1 way or another, then take a 2 year break from game then decide if u want to come back.
This will be the 8th ranker out of last 11 hes failed to make it past the last 32. Not good enough anymore, as a fan it pains me to say, but its true.
For the good of Ronnie, the time has now come to stick to his word and bow out.

the pessimism of some people is unbelievable the end is nowhere near for ronnie put his head in the right place and he will still wipe the floor with most of todays top players
fix his attitude and we have a player who can still reach number one again and win more world titles

thing is though what will fix his head dynamite lol
hes been seeing a shrink for 6 or 7 months that doesent seem to be fixing it ....IF that is the problem..
persanally i think he is feeling the pressure of missing so many events through choice and finding himself in this situation.
in PTC he goes out just to play without expectations and its coming off.

His heads beyond repair now. Even if his minds on the game and hes up for it, his game aint there like a tap he can turn on anymore, plus he has too many mental scars now, nobody fears him anymore.

his attitude has been a problem in the past but this is a different matter, a three year decline is usually terminal. He's getting bashed by muppets.

I think Ronnie will win it from here. Andrew will be sick about that last frame getting snookerd on the green.

Well Higginson should not have snookerd himself when 63-0 up in the 6th frame. He has bottled a couple of chances since. Ronnie hasn't came out and blown him off the table.
