I don't really count the PTCs, I was talking about proper ranking events.

O'Sullivan played like a lamb, and not a lion. He bottled going into the pack in the third frame, and it cost him.
He is running scared of Trump. It is old age I think. Too many bashings up have taken their toll on him.
I envisage a sad decline. I can't see him sticking out for much longer.
Trump has even said as much. "Ronnie may win more tournaments, but only if he avoids me".

It´s bad luck Ronnie had to be drawn in 2 consecutive rankers in the 2nd round against Judd... he still can beat Judd, especially in the UK where he had a golden chance... had Ronnie beaten him there, it could have been a different story today...
Nevertheless, Ronnie has no Judd in the opening rounds of the German Masters for instance, so I expect him to do well there... But we all know how he can play overseas sometimes, we just have to wait and see how it goes.... but he is definately in a good frame of mind right now, and that is very important for him, as we all know.

Had Ronnie not have goten the ptcs points, he would not have been in the top 16 now, so those points really count towards the season total´s.

I know. But I'm not talking about rankings but opportunities to win ranking titles and we had only 3 ranking events over a period of 5 months and now we have 5 (or 6 counting the PTC finals) ranking events over 3 months.
That's what I meant.

What was the most outragous fluke since the Trump v Dale match. But Higgins deserves this because Dott had a kick that cost him the match in their 2010 UK match.
