You should consider that no reigning UK Champion could even win a single win at the Masters for 8 straight years now. There's no logical reason why the reigning UK Champions disappoint year after year there but it's happens.

theres no rhyne or reason why Judd cant blow the 8 year itch right out of the water in a weeks time hes playing very well that all that matters just keep on going win after win.

your right the arena looks like the welsh open it really needed a different set

stupidity limiting the capacity to 1500 too when its these temp stands anyway and they could stick as many in as they wanted.

im sure they could have sold double the tickets for this easily

He was stretching, it meant he slightly threw his arm off line at point of impact which is why he missed the red. He looks to be cueing nicely.

He was trying to move the other red when it was a bit too risky cos as you say it wasn't the most comfortable of shots on the stretch, shoulda just dropped it in, played for easy baulk and went from there. Anyways the pink frame ball looked well wide, can't believe the pocket took it so easily

ding will be swamped if he dont take these chances

Not a very high-quality match so far but early days, Ding needs one of the next 2 else I fear a bagel might be on.

hes missed to many pots lol

How many did he miss? Apart from the stretching one there was only one he should have got but was playing with side on a cloth he's still learning.
