Hearns lawyers will eat him up and spit him out. Bad move, a silly little boy as Bazza says.
Anyway talking of silly boys, what on earth was the Higgins v Sun reporter incident in the press conference last night?

Hearn sue Allen for what though? In fact Hearn's comments regarding Allen were less factual than the other way around.

Thats what Hearn did to Allen "silly little boy comment"
Allen said IMO Barry is running the game....hardly slander.
Allen would have a case, also the fact that he has been brought to disciplinary for swearing in an interview when he could probably find 20+ instances of other players doing it and getting away with it shows bias.

There were certainly some favourites struggling in this second round - Higgins out, Ronnie out, Ding won only by a decider, Williams out, Murphy was sweating after leading 5-0, Carter is out (he is higher ranked than Allen) and now maybe Selby.

wonder if Allen will still be moaning about the new format if he wins
if he is so against it he should have withdrawn. hypocrite
