The Philippines have a really strong track record in 9-ball, they could probably conjure up some really talented snooker players. It's seems like their too interested in the quicker, less tactical cue sports though and the country's strong links with the US, compared to the UK, will probably ensure snooker doesn't gain any real momentum over there
