So Eurosport are doing their 10 greatest players in
each department of snooker
finishing with the Greatest Of All Time on a weekly basis.
I WILL BE CLOSELY INSPECTING THIS SERIES
Do you agree with the list?
https://www.eurosport.co.uk/snooker/wor ... tory.shtmlHere is their list:
1. John Higgins
2. Steve Davis
3. Mark Selby
4. Ray Reardon
5. Ronnie O'Sullivan
6. Joe Davis
7. Mark Williams
8. Neil Robertson
9. Cliff Thorburn
10. Alex Higgins
and before anyone @'s me, no Judd isn't in the top 10
but what would be your ranking? Agree? Take out someone? Change things about?
Discuss
I will give my opinion later after thought

That list sound pretty reasonable, although I don't think I'd have picked Robertson. Maybe someone with more knowledge of the old game can correct me, but wasn't Terry Griffiths good in this department? Or was it just safety rather than tactical play?

Yeah, I'm not sure I would have picked Robertson either, and I bloody love him.

Decent list, although you should add Ebdon in there and put Selbo at the top.

Actually I could go with that, swap Robbo with Ebdon and put Selby at the top.
