Was watching old footage on YouTube this morning and apart from the finals I couldn’t find footage of this one anywhere. He’d beaten him in 88 but this was a great moment for Jimmy as he cruised home and kind of laid a few demons to rest.
If anyone has a link anywhere to this match would be appreciated cheers.

If I'm not mistaken, this is the match where Hendry's yips first manifested itself. Still a great win for Jimmy though, despite that.

When Hendry got it back to 4-8 from 1-8 down at the start of the second session I was convinced he was going to win. The tv coverage ended at 8 o'clock and I had to check ceefax every couple of minutes for updates.

The next frame seemed to last an hour.
