61. 2018 World Championship first round, frame 18 of 19: Chris Wakelin 72-61 (61) Judd Trump
Trump looks like he's finally got the better of a stubborn Chris Wakelin here. But then messes up a colours clearance. The best frame of a terrific night's drama.

Maybe the biggest genius moment of his entire career. Even more than the 5:20 minute maximum.

57. 2011 China Open last 32, frame 9 of 9: Stephen Lee 72 (61)-70 (53) Mark Williams
One of the greatest one-session matches ever played got the finish it deserved. Williams hit four centuries – and lost!

54. 1984 Classic final, frame 17 of 17: Steve Davis 60-42 Tony Meo
Tony Meo was a colour clearance away from a deciding-frame win in the final against the great Steve Davis, only for a spectator to distract him by shouting on his shot.

What’s this about if I may ask?
From the China Open in 2011. The GOAT best of nine of all time.

51. 2008 World Championship second round, frame 25 of 25: Liang Wenbo 79-53 Joe Swail
A controversial conclusion to a Crucible classic, with Swail fuming afterwards. Here's the Irish Examiner's description of what happened at the end:
"The 21-year-old Chinese star was 27 points ahead with 27 remaining when he failed to get out of an apparent snooker by hitting the cushion first.
"Swail had the white replaced and Liang proceeded to hit the target ball directly, prompting claims from the Irishman that the referee had failed to replace the white in the correct position."

50. 2010 World Open last 64, frame 3 of 3: Ronnie O’Sullivan 147 (147)-0 Mark KingO'Sullivan had the cheek earlier to stop play after a red and a black so he could find out what the prize money was for a maximum. When he found out there was none, he played on for the maximum (seemingly), made it to 140, and was going to leave the final black until Jan Verhaas told him to cop on.

47. 1988 British Open final, frame 17 of 17: Mike Hallett 71-56 (56) John Parrott
Hallett may be best known for his two disastrous Masters finals, but he held his nerve here in a tight decider against a proven winner.

46. 2010 PTC 6 final, frame 7 of 7: Dominic Dale 78-70 (69) Martin Gould
A 69 break seemed to have Gould on course for the title at 70-16 ahead. But he hit the black instead of a red, left a free ball, and his chance slipped away.

40. 1992 World Championship final, frame 25 of 32: Stephen Hendry 63-61 Jimmy White
After losing the last frame of the third session, White needed a good start to settle his nerves as he closed in on his first world title. Instead, he missed a gettable red down the cushion, and lost a frame he really should have won.

39. 2010 World Championship second round, frame 24 of 24: Steve Davis 60-43 John HigginsThe greatest shock in snooker history? Whatever you think, old Steve Davis rolled back the years here to hold his nerve in a pulsating frame against champion John Higgins, sealing a barely believable win.
8:13:00 onwards.
