The thing is the more weird stuff you see the more there most likely, or I would say that surely, is or are some wisdom in it.
The snooker players ain´t wise at all. For example. The same money could be made much easier. Some people out there knows it and makes it visible. The more stranger things you see, you just need to figure that wisdom out of it.
It is still a good old game. The snooker. But they would need to think out of their own boxes more. And even the money isn´t everything. It can be much, I agree, but there are easier and more stress-free ways to make the same amount.
Now then. Now when I have finally got it, not to have any too big respect towards any professional snooker player or towards any professional tournament, I am not going to allow it to slip away. Never. They have been some resilient people, I need to admit that. Now they just need to have the same resilience as the going gets tough.
And who says that London doesn´t still rule the world?? Who german could produce the same perfection while being systematic?? The germans only have their great and handsome heritages and the attitudes. And their trademark friendliness. But someone like Jimmy White can just shut down the players. Oooooooohhh, how good was that???? The germans can´t do that. It requires a certain climate. Play a few frames against Jimmy White and you will never wan´t to play any snooker anymore. Even when being a hugely enthusiastic and a promising talented player.
See. While I at times, or quite often actually, point out a player. Or a two. It´s not that I actually predict or foresee that they would actually rule the game. It is all about that I see and foresee them as a forces to reckon. The strong INFLUENCE is the key word. They could have a massive influence, even while not perhaps winning much anything. Via the way they play or the such things.
Surely, realistically, the current top snooker is perhaps the rivalry between Mark Selby, Ronnie O´Sullivan, Neil Robertson, Shaun Murphy, John Higgins. For example. There´s beside Stephen Hendry, and excluding Shaun Murphy, the only players who have made over 500 career centuries. Or Mark Selby actually is about to get it very soon. But besides them, many other top players can have a massive, a much bigger, influence. It´s like Roy Keane used to have a massive influence on ManU or Patrick Viera on Arsenal. Even when most of the top coaches these days would admit that given the run of the game, they shouldn´t had that.
Always take things calm and with a good sportsmanship. Regardless if losing or winning.
