I used to find that a couple of pints of Guinness would actually steady me a bit and I’d play quite well. Any more didn’t work though. Hero to zero in a gallon

I don’t think age is a limit. Set and setting is important. Two day benders not necessary. Everything in moderation… the way I do it now, I feel better afterwards. It’s medicinal.
