Something called the World Games in Poland and a potential new event in far east.
Good to see they've narrowed it down to a mere sub-continent.

The Welsh Open has to be moved because of the Winter Olympics. The International Championship is now going to be in the middle of the summer.

Don't get it. What does the Winter Olympics have to do with snooker?

It won't let me check on my phone.
Can anybody tell me, is the English Open still in Manchester? And what dates is that tournament?

Champion Of Champions final on a Sunday again.
World Cup is back.
Hearn will probably make it a ranking event.

Interestingly, Judd Trump was talking about 'qualifying' for England's World Cup team as a significant motivator for him. I think each nation's team is their current top-2 World Ranked players at the time.

Yeah, the format for playing for your country is the same - but Trump's not represented England before - and it must be something he really wants to do.
The most recent World Cups (when Trump could have 'qualified') saw England represented by Selby-Carter and Selby-Bingham.

I'd like to see him get to 2nd for this very reason. I reckon him and Selby would be absolutely formidable together
