That's hilarious. Obviously, doing this for 15 minutes is enough. But he's right about centre hit. Oddly, a lot pro players play across the ball with side on every shot and can't do that exercise. They rarely achieve anything though. Bingo famously saw a coach to correct his problem of unintended side and solved it, hence his rise up the rankings? Hendry developed unintended side and his career plummeted at the same time; coincidence or cause? You decide!
