Is proper etiquette a thing of the past?

The original post was made before the dark day that I joined the forum.

In my club I have never seen an opponent not spot his opponent's potted colours. They don't always call scores but if somebody refused to spot balls they could expect to be rapidly without an opponent.

Disgraceful.
