Each frame would have four quarters, and they'd have a time-out after each player had finished at the table. rofl

The World Open would take a month to play.

I think if they hosted a large-scale event in the USA that it would be popular in terms of viewers and spectators but I don't know if it would encourage more of them to take up the game.

India and the Netherlands should be focused on more imo.
