Day and Maguire will be interesting because both get tight when it comes to crunch time. I've a feeling for Maguire in this one but if it gets to 4-4 then expect a lot of regulation balls missed or bad positional shots.

Maguire not the sort to put the fear of god into Day imo. Day would melt in the final against whoever or the semi against Selby who'd tie him up in knots, but Mags makes too many mistakes for me.

Who do you think is more vulnerable - Maguire or Selby ?

Yeh I was pretty tempted, but kind of banking on Allen beating Selby because I don't think Day would beat Selby.

= Loss
I had a feeling that was cooked the moment GJ doubled up.
Pending :
O'Sullivan to win Masters @ 4 (£35 to win £105)
Williams to win Masters @ 40 (£15 to win £585)
Adding :
Lay Williams to win Masters @ 8.6 (£75 with £570 liability)
O'Sullivan to win Masters @ 1.94 (£20 to win £18.80)
Meaning my outright book stands at :
O'Sullivan win ... +£203.80
Williams win ... -£40
Maguire win ... +£5
Selby win ... +£5
Allen win ... +£5
Good luck Ronnie.

I think you should cut your loses. I don't think I have ever seen you call a correct one yet however I don't believe that you are putting half these bets on.

Big value plays aren't designed to win everytime, but getting a 25/1 winner like GJ and I did at the GP moreorless gurarantees profit in the outright market for the season.

I know that but surely its best to keep the money rather than paying it all back with stupid bets. I have had a few before Greece to win Euro 2004, Sharapova to win Wimbledon 2004, Ding to win the UK in 2005 and O'Brien to win the NIT each way but I have collected my winnings rather than wasting them by getting greedy. (The bets prior to 2006 were put on by me mother incase you were wondering considering my age)
