I agree. I have to give Selby the edge in the "per match" stat, since he made 6 centuries in 17 frames (13 won), to Ronnie's 6 centuries in 30 frames (18 won). Nevertheless, there is a reason why scoring 6 in a world final has only been done once. Both are great records to have.
Finally... one more I spotted outside of the World Championship:
Ding Junhui made 13 centuries in 44 frames at 2007 Premier League. Under shot clock conditions also, that's pretty phenomenal. In fact, that may very well be a record in averages over ANY tournament (over 30 frames played).
That average is one century every 3.38 frames played. Incidentally, this is the tournament where he scored a then record of 495 points without reply against Hendry.
