Won’t put the practice in because he knows he will still probably lose most matches, so uses the excuse of not having enough time or inclination to practice so he can accept defeat, Jimmy has proven that it is possible to get some results at 60 but he’s willing to keep practicing hard and take the pain of losing regularly for the chance of some good moments

Yes, he’s got time to play golf everyday but not practice his snooker a few times a week, my point was he doesn’t want to practice regularly cos he knows deep down he will still lose most of the time anyway

He should practice ten hours a day but say he’s been playing golf. Takes the pressure off.
