“Bearing in mind how vocal some players have been in recent times, it’ll be interesting to see how many of them turn up and contribute to what I believe is the most important players meeting in over ten years with @wpbsaplayers @WPBSAofficial and @WeAreWST in Leicester tomorrow“
He is referring to Judd isn’t he.

sounds like there is no remote access to the meeting so attendance will be poor (on purpose?)
Jimmy needs to attend to back the importance of players getting an invitational tour card.

Monique reported today that WST shareholder profits have gone way up, while prize money has gone down. Today's meeting is possibly about this issue...

If I'm calculating correctly Steve Dawson raked in £175000 in WST dividends 2020-21?

So the players privately feel that jimmy shouldn’t really be guaranteed a 2 year card irrespective of whether he is good enough or not but obviously none of them would have to balls to state that publicly, they should be more concerned with hendrys card bearing in mind he barely uses it! Talk about jobs for the boys!

Neither cards are important in the big picture.
The issues will be the poverty facing the lower half of the tour, and lack of events.

Was going to say should the tour be cut down in size as there isn’t enough money to go round to pay the 128th best snooker player, it’s unfortunate as arguably snooker is more difficult and requires more skill than tennis or golf it could be argued yet the respective 128th ranked players in those sports earn millions due to the lucrative sponsorship deals that those sports have.
