I've never thought it seemed likely with Ding. Seems even less likely now.
What do you lot think?

Snookerfan needs to give other options such as maybe and I don't care.
I always provide that option in my polls. Judders > Snookerfan

That ship has sailed. It hit an ice berg. Lifeboats were deployed, but some were sunk by a whirlpool, others eaten by a giant squid. Hundreds of people died. There were no survivors.

He'd be a very popular world champion but I don't think he's even the most likely Chinese player to succeed now.

No. He's still mentally weak. One match against Ronnie doesn't change that.

he is in the same situation like Robbo. He has the game but its about finding a way to handle pressure and feeling comfortable at the Crucible

Robbo's easier to read than Ding. He builds himself up for it then burns out quick, tries to make a ton every frame and is desperate to win it again.
With Ding it's hard to tell if he's up for the slog of the world champs and if his hearts in it. Don't know if he wants it as much as other players.
