So the draw has been announced for the Championship League.

Stephen Hendry not playing is a massive mistake.
Every single player in the draw is guaranteed 12 frames, you're not guaranteed that in a best of 19

it would have been a good match practice opportunity for him. I still dont know what his aim is with his comeback. If he wants to do real damage or qualify for the Crucible (his own words) he needs to play regularly.

He can't expect to play well or even average without match practice, and that would be a good place to start.
