liang wenbo came close to doing it in world qualifiers a few years back. but missed the final black on what would have been his second in the match.

Don't think so. Mark Davis got two in the same tournament once but in different matches.

Shaun Murphy did it in an exhibition against Jimmy white once. Not sure if an exhibition or practise but apparently Peter Ebdon did it back to back, probably took a week however.

I think Tian Pengfei did two back-to-back in the STAR Academy a few years ago, and came close to a third in succession. I don't remember who his opponent was but it's probably on Twitter somewhere.
