Good player mind

Robbo is superior to any version of Hendry

I do not concur

Nobody in their right mind would concur.

I'm talking about peak form, not about greatness.
Robbo matches him in terms of potting, edges him in terms of long potting, has a better safety and tactical game.
Robbo is clearly superior.

Hendry faced way weaker opposition in the early 90s

Even if that wasn’t bullocks, how does that affect him bringing his own A game?

It's way easier to play well against weak opposition, there's no pressure on.

So you’re saying Robbo isn’t mentally tough enough to deal with strong opposition. Got it.

Stupid cliche that is not real at all. He was missing plenty too, but his opposition wasn't punishing his mistakes on a consistent enough basis in the early 90s.

Robbo's faced way better opposition that Hendry did in the early 90s.
Robbo would totally dominate that era.

Mark Williams
- 8 century breaks

Robertson’s 2010 WC draw:

Mark Allen?

I think you meant Martin Gould. From 11-5 down he won that match.

I did. I’d been looking at another year as well.

‘99 is a harder era than the early 90s, and look how Hendry managed.

Yes, late 90s was harder indeed than early 90s, but Hendry did not dominate the late 90s one bit.
He was losing way more than he was winning, against the class of 92, especially in big finals.
99 was the exception, not the norm.
