Allen and Evans incident seems that happened ages ago.
On topic, Zhao's breakthrough at the UK Championship was something special.
But speaking personally, Joe Perry's triumph at the Welsh Open was by far the most emotional moment.

I would say Zhao Xintong's victory at the UK is by far the stand out moment of the season.
Hossein Vafaei winning the shoot out is second.

I second this. It's not been a particularly memorable season. But these were 2 wonderful moments. Brecel winning was another. Other than those nothing much happened that will stay in the memory.
