I was going to say Kyren has come along way in a short space of time. Then realised that he hasn't its been a slow progression in the early days. 29 isn't old but its not young either. Still hes a Top 16 player now and looks to be staying there for the next 10 years and get higher as he wins more ranking events.

Aww, the lovely David Gray. Had a soft spot for him. So sad that he just disappeared off the tour at such a comparatively young age. Well remember him beating Ronnie at the Crucible.

Great player to watch. I list him as one of the three lost talents, alongside Jamie Cope and Michael White (there is still an outside chance for White, but receding rapidly). I mean, there were others down the line, such as Joe O’Boye and Jon Wright - as well as the whole lost generations who didn’t get the chance to blossom due to the state of the pro’ game; but Grey, Cope and White all made a significant mark early in their careers and looked set for longevity on the circuit, before falling away rapidly and sinking from view

White Ladder was already a massive seller in Ireland by the time the Snooker player beat O'Sullivan in the World Championship so I was disappointed not to hear any of the obvious jokes from the BBC as the album didn't start selling in Britain until the summer that year.

The 35 days between the end of the Grand Prix and the Shoot Out have been added to the all-time rankings.
I have decided only to post an update of changes to the top 100 from this point on.
Kyren Wilson has moved up 4 spots from 92 to 88. Otherwise there are no changes in rank for those ranked 88-100.

May I ask you to reconsider.
I guess Luca Brecel and Matthew Selt aren't going to break into the top 100 before May/June but nevertheless I really enjoy seeing the progress each player has made after you update following the completion of each ranking event.
In any case thanks for this thread which has been a fascinating read from the start, both the daily countdown and the comments that that countdown has inspired.

Dustbin Danny! Surprised he’s so high up but I guess in fairness, he had some good runs to quarters and semis.
