Out of interest, is Yan one of the players that you'd refuse to watch even in lockdown.

Time always flies during the first week of the Crucible
Why can’t it be one of those weeks that just drags, and seems to last, like, a month

Let's not forget Yan is by far the youngest player in the top 16, he was born in 2000.
The next youngest players in top 16 are Kyren Wilson, Ant McGill and Jack Lisowski born in 1991.
Being the youngest top 16 player by 9 years is a phenomenal achievement.
Yuelong born in 1998 is catching up too. Still 7 years younger than the best equivalent British youngsters.

I still don't get this joke.
Who was it that kept boring on about Yan Bingtao? I know you're sending somebody up. But who?

I was hoping he’d smash it at wc but disappointed a bit. If he gets his rubbish back together I’ll watch him - could do with some young blood for a change

At what point does ‘next season’ become ‘this season’?
