...should have added I was surprised to learn he opted for the S3 manifolds when - afaik - the T3 turbo system would have offered similar flow rates at 80% of the cost!!

Yeah, but the website says the S3 manifolds ensure Selby's home is "radiantly heated", which means they glow in the dark.
You don't get that with your bog-standard T3s.
