I'm intrigued if it will be televised but I sense it won't be.

If none of us remember it from last year, it suggests that it wasn't televised then either.

I fancy Trump to win this. These are the sort of events he thrives in.

Hi Gaspard,
Do you know how I can watch this Helsinki International Snooker Cup tournament? I couldn't find out how to watch it.
Also, can you get the BBC in France? I was just wondering how you watched the World Championship. I have some friends who live in SW France (Duras) and I would like to be able to watch the snooker if I'm ever over there visiting them.
Thanks,
Womble (Andy)

Hi Andy, the only channel in France who broadcast snooker is Eurosport (Europe). On program we have the replay of the WC final. Nothing more. Zero chance to watch the Helsinki International Snooker Cup here.
Only way to watch this is internet I suppose : stream on their official website, a bookmaker (maybe) or any stream for sport websites. Let's see if we can find something, anyways I will post it here If I find something.

Well the 3 tournaments he won last season are all big events which is probably why he won player of the season award.

Shouldn't be a ranking event.

I can see it now. Rob Walker introducing the winner at next year's Crucible:
"Just what you have been waiting for! Here he is! The reigning Helsinki Open Champion!........"
It's the one they all want on their CV!
