Rob Walker is in excellent shape. Damn, I've been slipping this month. Probably exercised only three times in December. Not enough. Have felt flat and uninspired and more negative thought patterns appearing. There's a direct correlation in how much negative self chatter I experience and how much exercise I'm doing
