Clive basically says Burnett is guilty with his first comment! Makes key points about shot selection and says there were a number of shots that defied shot selection in that match.

Clive is now talking about the Round Robin event of the Grand Prix and said there were strange patterns around that event.
Interviewer asks why anyone would fix matches.
Interviewee explains about players earnings lower down the rankings...20th ranked made 100K, 30th ranked made 50K, Jimmy White made 13K last year, makes the point there isn't enough prize money which leads to temptation. Mentions Stephen Lee is on bail for another betting scam.

The 9-3 scoreline stinks horribly, no getting away from it.

Bookie says you don't lay frame score bets days before the event and there were many bets on exact score. This is the bookie who rang World Snooker to tell them about irregular patterns

I would love it if Maguire and Burnett ran in and smacked everyone over the head with a wooden plank.

Bookie talks about Malta, says total prize pool was £30K in that event and says such events are more likely to have suspect matches. Now talking about round robin and the obvious reasons why it's a bad format esp for betting scams.

Bookie says it's not rife, does still happen on occasion. Reckons sometimes players will throw 1st frame of a match because that's harder to control.

Clive is now talking about round robins and players who have already qualified not needing to win his last match playing a friend who really does need to win, and mentions the first player isn't going to try his eyeballs out in trying to stop his friend from qualifying.

Clive talks about current season and 6 ranking events not being enough. Also makes the point top players can also make good money with exhibitions but not the lower ranked players.
John Higgins interview - saying 6 tournaments isn't enough. When he first turned pro he was playing 15-16 events. Sounds like he's been asked a question about Hearn...
