Where the hell did I say I wanted to give players 80k. I am pointing out what they have to do to survive.

There needs to be a subsidy/rebate on entry fee's for lower ranked players.
So player A only earns £20k over the season so then gets back X% of his entry fee. Stagger that up to a point that is fair were by a player has been deemed to have earned enough to pay 100% of entry fees.
